We Listen to You
Every year, we gather feedback from members through group discussions, post-trip surveys, and casual conversations. Have you ever said, “I’ve always wanted to go to…” at a meeting or on a bus ride? We’re probably already looking into it! Your input plays a huge role in shaping our calendar. If there’s strong interest in a destination (like our upcoming Greece 2026 trip), it gets moved to the top of the list.

We Plan Ahead (Way Ahead)
We usually plan at least 24 months in advance, which gives everyone time to save, prepare, and get excited. This also allows us to take advantage of early booking perks and lower secure prices on airlines. For each trip, we look at the best seasons to visit and how smoothly the itinerary flows.

We Make It Personal
Above all, we plan trips we actually want to take with people we love to travel with. Whether it’s a gondola ride in Venice or a traditional Greek dinner with new friends, each trip is designed to create meaningful memories, not just check boxes on a map.
